- Mission
Disseminating research and refereed studies in legal fields related to technology in accordance with national and international standards in publishing in order to support legal intellectual creativity in the field of technology.

- Vision
The Journal aspires to achieve authenticity, leadership and distinction in the dissemination of legal research technology-related, on national and international level.

- Objective
The Journal is concerned with achieving the following:
● Contributing to the dissemination of research and studies related to the legal challenges raised by technology, and to benefit from the scientific expertise of faculty members, experts and specialists, and direct them to serve the purposes of sustainable development;
● Blending theoretical experiences in legal fields and linking them with technology and its growing developments, in a way that contributes to studying the problems of society and finding appropriate solutions to them;
● Encouraging researchers in various disciplines to prepare research aimed at dealing with the legal problems created by technology;
● Enriching the legal library with specialised references and literature that address contemporary technological problems and challenges and show their legal and economic implications;
● Providing the opportunity for faculty members at the British University and Egyptian Universities, and international universities to advance to the positions of faculty members, or obtain their academic titles, by publishing their qualifying research and studies;
● The journal is considered the scientific gate for publishing the research, studies and activities of the Centre for Law and Emerging Technologies at the Faculty of Law of the British University, in order to spread the legal culture related to technology at the national and international levels..

Journal issue dates:

The journal is issued periodically every six months (two issues per year) in March and October of each year and may issue a special issue for the journal to serve its scientific purposes and publish the works of the Law and Emerging Technologies Research Centre, in a way that enriches the educational and research process in the Faculty and University

Journal Sections:

The journal issue includes the following sections:

● Legal research and related studies. 
● Related articles and reports.
● Commentary on judicial rulings and principles. 
● Scientific reports on related seminars and conferences.
● Display legal and technological books, translations, compliers, summaries, abstracts of doctoral and master's theses. 

● Studies and paper work of the Law and Emerging Technologies Research Centre.
