The Journal of Law and Technology maintains the highest standards for reviewing submitted works for publication, ensuring their authenticity and integrity of language, clarifying their style, originality and representing a new addition to the academic library.

The process of reviewing and publishing works in the journal is subject to careful monitoring by the editorial board and a full review by the referees, as follows:

1. The work submitted for publication is received in electronic form on the journal’s website, in addition to the documents and forms required from the researcher (abstract in Arabic and English - resume summary - acknowledgment of originality not previously published, etc.).

2. Notify the researcher that the research to be reviewed has been received and published.

3. The editorial board undertakes the task of preliminary examination and review of the works submitted for publication, to ensure that they conform to the journal’s objectives, its specialized character in the field of law and technologies, and its compliance with the established publishing rules, to assess its suitability for publication.

4. Selection of reviewer for research through lists specialized academic expert in each specialty, the lists are pre prepared for this purpose in each of the relevant legal fields.
5. Sending research papers to the reviewers via the website, in confidential form (using the encryption method), without clarifying the identity of the researcher.

6. Receiving the results of the research review, and it includes three assumptions: either to accepting the research without modification, or to request amendments to the research, or to reject the research due to its unfitness for publication. In the second case (acceptance of the research with an amendment), the comments resulting from the review are sent to the researcher in order to make the required amendments, and this is done within a week from the date of receiving those comments from the reviewer, and then receiving the research after the amendment, with the need to make sure that the researcher fulfills these comments.

7. Notifying the researcher of the research review and the approval of the editorial board to publish the research in the journal, and issuing publication statements to researchers. The researcher is also notified in case the research is not valid for publication in the journal.

8. Administering the process of preparing the papers approved for publication, reviewing them with the knowledge of the linguist, and taking the necessary actions towards printing the journal issues and issuing them on paper, in coordination with the publisher, in addition to publishing them electronically on the site.
