الملخص
يؤثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على كل جانب من جوانب حياتنا تقريبا، وبدأت القرارات الآلية تحل محل القرارات البشرية. وفي الآونة الأخيرة، اتجهت أيضا العدالة الجنائية إلى استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي للحد من معدلات الجريمة وتحقيق إجراءات فعالة على أرض الواقع. يمكن للذكاء الاصطناعي وخوارزميات التعلم الآلي (ML) التنبؤ بالجرائم والمجرمين وتتبعها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن استخدامها في المحاكم الجنائية. ولكن على الجانب الآخر، هناك أدلة كثيرة على أن تطبيق هذه التكنولوجيا قد أثر على حقوق الإنسان الأساسية.
في العديد من البلدان، بدأت وكالات إنفاذ القانون (LEAs) ، أي الوكالات الحكومية المسؤولة عن إنفاذ القانون، في استخدام هذه التقنيات على الرغم من المخاوف بشأن وجود تحيز في النتائج وانتهاك خصوصية المواطنين.
