الملخص
This study elucidates the role of contemporary technologies in enabling international judicial cooperation in the domain of public international law. The study emphasizes artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital databases, and remote trial systems. Using analytical and comparative strategies, the study investigates significant international legal treaties-namely the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime-and analyzes how legal institutions implement these technologies. The study also contrasts physical models employed by the European Union and the United States. The study says that while new technologies boost digital speed and efficiency in judicial cooperation, they create challenges in digital sovereignty, privacy, and legal harmonization. Successful technology integration in international judicial cooperation involves flexible legal structures, coordination on a global scale, and access to digital infrastructure on an equal basis, concludes the study. The article gives suggestions on promoting technological adoption in an equitable way in accordance with global standards of law.
