Abstract
In line with the fact that Artificial Intelligence has become a reality we live with on a daily basis, and with its multiple uses and influence over all fields, and taking into account that it is still currently at the threshold of launching more advanced future innovations and systems, and with the full conviction of what the application of Artificial Intelligence can achieve in creating real partnership opportunities between man and machine, thus creating more new jobs in order to achieve the effect of productivity. The negative effects of the increasing use of artificial intelligence applications manifested through these applications taking over workers’ jobs and replacing them can be monitored since this could lead to more unemployment.
Thus, this study comes to shed light on the negative and positive setbacks of applying Artificial Intelligence to the work space and to provide the necessary recommendations to support and increase the positive effects and try to reduce its negative effects.
